ANA GUILLEN
Taichi is a part of my life, something that I rely on for health, balance and focus. I started learning Taichi, Qigong, Taichi Sword and Tan Tui from Master Tek over sixteen years ago and even after becoming and instructor I consider my self an student, always learning from my teacher and from the practice. I remember that not long after I started my lessons, Master Tek told me that the best way to learn is through teaching. I have found this to be true, not only because the commitment to teach makes me more conscientious in my practice, but also because it makes me reflect on my experience and on the ways to extrapolate it to assist the students on their individual needs.Ana was a marketing analyst, a counselor, a founding parent of the Waldorf Education Association, and now is a Spanish teacher in Singapore.
She has studied with Tek since 2005.
She applies the Tai Chi philosophies and practice to enhance her day to day life, tasks and endeavor.

ALEX LIM TECK YONG
I feel blessed to have picked up the essence of Tai Chi from Master Tek. It is not about the movements and forms that have left a deep impression on me but it’s relevance to life.
I have learned from Master Tek that Tai Chi is not only a martial art but is more of a way of life. The balance and equilibrium it brings to an individual goes beyond words with the proper guidance of the Master.
We should continue to spread this essence to bring harmony and cohesiveness in our society through the balancing act in Yin and Yang.

OLIVIER DI TULLIO
I have studied with Tek since my first job in Singapore as a logistics engineer in 2010. It was a very stressful job and Tek has not only been a great teacher but also a great friend to support me during these hard times.
He has taught me the importance of grounding and relaxing without yielding. I have practiced many martial arts as a hobby before but never would I have thought such a slow paced activity could give me such physical and mental strength. I not only found strength by practicing Tai chi but also found peace by learning how to simply "Be". The years that followed lead me to first learn the Traditional Yang style Tai Chi 108 Long Form, followed by his Qigong 8 brocade and the Wu Tu Nan's sword of wisdom: Tai Chi sword form. The more I would learn the more I would develop passion for these ancient Chinese practices.
Even when time and distance separated us (I had to go back to my home town Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) we would keep seeing each other when possible, which lead him to certify me as an instructor in 2018. Since then I give regular tai chi classes in Kuala Lumpur and wish to develop my own institute to promote the practice of these traditional Chinese art forms and literature.
Olivier is authorized to teach Tai Chi and Qigong in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.
